Request Operator access

Operator and Enterprise plans are set up with our team. Tell us about the locations you run and the markets you are evaluating. Looking for Pro? That is self-serve at signup.

Who these plans are for

Operator is built for groups running several locations who need one view across all of them: how each site is performing against its own selected area, where the categories around them are getting crowded, and which markets to look at next. Enterprise adds franchise territory work, multiple seats, and support for teams who are evaluating dozens of areas at a time rather than one.

If you are opening your first location, or your second, Pro covers it and you do not need this page. Pro is self-serve at signup and includes address scoring, category gap analysis, and the full national database.

What Operator and Enterprise add

  • Portfolio view. Every location you run, scored on the same basis, so a weak site is visible next to a strong one instead of being averaged away.
  • Brand Intelligence. Track how national and regional chains are expanding, location by location, including announced openings. Review velocity moves before market share does.
  • Territory planning. Rank candidate areas across a metro by how underserved your specific category is, rather than by how busy the area looks overall.
  • Team access. Multiple seats, so the person doing site selection and the person signing the lease are looking at the same numbers.

What the analysis is built on

Every score on every plan comes from the same national dataset: more than 100,000 US fitness locations across 13 categories, matched against Census demographics at tract level and measured over the area you choose, a radius circle or a drive time. A five mile circle and a fifteen minute drive are different shapes in every city with a river, a highway, or a downtown, and the difference decides whether a site is reachable by the people you are counting.

The inputs, weights, and thresholds behind each score are published in full on the methodology page, and the metros and categories we cover are listed on the coverage page. Coverage is United States only. If the markets you care about are thin in our data, you will see that before you pay for anything, not after.

What happens after you submit

Someone reads it, usually within a business day. If Pro already covers what you need, we will say so rather than sell you a larger plan. If Operator or Enterprise is the right fit, we will set up access and walk through the markets you named in the form.

There is no call required to get started, and nothing here is a commitment. The form exists because these plans are configured per team, not because access is gated behind a sales process.
